8. Why is my payment on hold?

The reason for the hold on your payment was that we discovered strange behavior in it. Completing a payout usually takes upto 30 days. Meanwhile, you can carry on with your work. It's only a standard verification to stop fraudulent activity, so you don't have to worry about your work; payment will be sent out as soon as the verification is complete.

Your account may be permanently suspended and will not be reactivated if we find something amiss with it.
